In true Made With Lev form, this month’s TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR project features art made by my kids. It’s beautiful and unexpected and altogether one of my favorite ways to upcycle their art and show it off for the entire world to see.
I’m not going to lie, I was a little nervous about this month’s TWELVE by TWENTY FOUR launch since I’ve been knee deep in a creative rut for the past month. After talking to my mama and thinking through what I had the creative energy to actually do, I decided it would be something that featured work by someone other than me: my children.
All I had to do this month was highlight THEIR creative genius and mount their artwork on 3×3 blocks of wood.
This is one of my absolute favorite ways to repurpose and display art made by my kids (and even some of mine). It’s so fun to see how beautiful their work is and the way their color choices work together. It’s also fun to see it fancied up and displayed in a really cool way.
The best part about these 3×3 blocks is that make for some seriously awesome gifts for family, friends, and even teachers.
Here’s a smattering of the artwork made by my kids that’s available this month in the Etsy Shop:
Each magical little work of art is $12.
Hope you’re having a great March and that your creativity is flowing stronger than mine is. And if it’s not, you are welcome to hang here while we both figure it out.
X+O,
Emily
